Description
The GLA's ICS is procuring a specialist technical consultancy or a consortium of suppliers (where there is one lead supplier and one or more sub-contractors) to develop a replicable framework for identifying, prioritising, and scaling Smart Local Energy System (SLES) deployment across London, with a focus on grid constrained areas. The core question is: how can SLES be deployed at scale in London to alleviate grid capacity constraints, whilst supporting other areas of social value
