Description

This contract is to undertake a feasibility study on the use of disaggregate, l§ongitudinal Mobile Phone Data (MPD) to improve understanding of behavioural responses to transport interventions and support future improvements to transport demand modelling and appraisal guidance. The contract will develop and test a robust methodology for using linked, longitudinal MPD to estimate or support estimation of behavioural parameters used in transport demand models. The work will assess whether MPD can provide a credible evidence base for future estimation of causal behavioural responses and identify practical next steps for larger-scale implementation.
