Description
YPO is undertaking preliminary market engagement to inform a potential procurement for 15 vehicle mounted computers for use on forklift trucks within its warehouse operations at YPO Headquarters, Wakefield. YPO is seeking feedback from suppliers on suitable devices currently available, including the brackets, mounts, power supplies and other accessories needed to securely fit and operate them on YPO’s forklift trucks, indicative costs, product functionality, technical requirements, implementation considerations and warranty/support. Proposed solutions should be capable of receiving appropriate security patches and supporting YPO’s compliance with ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials for an anticipated period of three to five years. This engagement is intended to improve YPO’s understanding of the market and support the development of its requirements and budget. Taking part will not affect any future procurement, and YPO is not committed to making a purchase. Interested suppliers are invited to respond by 23:59 on 9 November 2026.
