<p> The establishment has been thoroughly cleaned and procedures are in place to ensure that cleanliness is maintained.</p> <p> There is now a new manager and/or new staff.</p> <p> The staff have been trained/re-trained/given instruction/are under revised supervisory arrangements.</p> <p> Remedial work has been carried out I.E. Flying insect killer has been re-situated in a more suitable place away from food preparation area.<br /> <br /> Portable handwash sink has been purchased to mitigate any future boiler/hot water issues.<br /> <br /> Site client action - A site survey is in the process to install a new extraction / ventilation system at a cost of approximately £50,000.</p> <p> The conditions found at the time of the inspection were not typical of the normal conditions maintained at the establishment and arose because (Please explain below and use only the space provided. You can also state any other improvements made).</p> <p> Historical staffing issues on-site, new Catering Manager is now in post<br /> and achieved a healthy safety audit score from a recent unannounced visit from our Safety Business Partner (84% compliant).</p>
