Received an appeal form today Compliance with food hygiene and safety procedures: We are compliant in all areas of management and food procedures - L - Warren was apparently between two rating 4 or 5 star and this leads us to believe that this is a punishing rating as all temps, labels and procedures were not an issue - general cleanliness in the absence of the head chef was right but nothing that may cause harm as it was in hard to reach places.

Compliance with structural requirements: All was good and except to paint a ceiling was noted - not a fair assessment of procedures as it can be solved quickly.

Confidence in management/control procedures: All was classed as great - especially in paperwork.
