<div> <p> We agree with the inspection results but have since taken immediate, comprehensive action to correct every issue, including-</p> <ul> <li> The establishment has been thoroughly cleaned and procedures are in place to ensure that cleanliness is maintained</li> <li> The staff have been trained/re-trained/given instruction/are under revised supervisory arrangements.</li> <li> We have completed full structural renovations and structural safety repairs to the cellar staircase, structural flooring, and staff restroom facilities.</li> <li> All kitchen light fixtures have been professionally repaired, domestic extension leads removed, and our commercial catering gas setup has been completely upgraded with high-grade hoses and safety restraints.</li> <li> A thorough dating and cross-contamination segregation system has been established for all freezer stock.</li> <li> Our documented SFBB/HACCP Food Safety Management System has been completely updated for 2026, with rigorous daily cleaning diaries and temperature monitoring logs strictly enforced.</li> <li> Additionally, a clear staff handwash station has been permanently maintained, all historical rating signs have been completely taken down, and a full re-visit application along with the required fee has already been submitted to the council.</li> </ul> <p style="margin-left:18.0pt;">  </p> <p> The conditions found at the time of the inspection were not typical of the normal conditions maintained at the establishment.</p> <p>  We fully agree with the initial inspection findings but reassure the public that those conditions were highly atypical.</p> </div>
