- Fatality 19 7 2018. Employee was driving a telehandler. He was asked to move a skip and was reversing back down the road, and reversed into the compound to turn round. He picked up a second skip, moved it a short distance down the road, and again reversed 6-8 feet into the compound to turn round, to go to pick up the third skip. The driver reversed into the deceased, not having seen him in the compound during any of his vehicle movements.
