- Employee was in a storage container used for storing garment frames, he had stood several of the frames upright and was attempting to stand the last 1 of 6 when 4 of the garments frames fell onto the employee trapping him by the neck. The company had failed to suitably and sufficiently assess the risk to employees undertaking dismantling, removal and storage of frames. and therefore failed to take reasonably practicable measures to ensure the safety of its employees whilst undertaking the task.
