- A yard operative was undertaking the task of unloading cargo from an articulated lorry trailer when another operative, using a JCB, manoeuvred the vehicle in such a way that the rear, nearside wheel protruded and contacted the yard operative's right leg, pulling it under the vehicles wheel as it continued forward. This resulted in the yard operative suffering multiple fractures to their right foot and a degloving injury.
