- Alena Litvina is a Judge of the Leninsky District Court in Mogilev. In her position she was responsible for numerous politically motivated rulings against journalists and activists for taking part in protests. She therefore bears responsibility for undermining the rule of law and through her actions as a judge, she has contributed to the repression of civil society and democratic opposition.
