- As former Deputy Commander of the 21st Military region, Eric RUHORIMBERE is responsible for the disproportionate use of force and extra judicial killings perpetrated by FARDC (Armed Forces of the Democratic Republic of Congo), notably against the Nsapu militia and women and children. As Deputy Commander of the FARDC forces which carried out the abuses Eric RUHORIMBERE is therefore responsible for acts that constitute serious human rights violations and abuses in DRC.
