- Magomed Daudov is Chairman of the Parliament of the Chechen Republic. Daudov is responsible for the severe and systematic human rights violations perpetrated by Ramzan Kadyrov’s administration, specifically the systematic arrest, torture, and murder of LGBT people in Chechnya since 2017. Daudov has also personally participated in the arrest, torture, and murder of LGBT people.
