- Ammunition and Metallurgy Industries Group (AMIG) is an involved person within the meaning of the Iran (Sanctions) (Nuclear) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019. AMIG is or has been involved in a relevant nuclear activity, namely AMIG is or has been responsible for engaging in or facilitating the proliferation or development of nuclear weapons in, or for use in, Iran, or an activity that could lead to the development of nuclear weapons in, or for use in, Iran.

- Ammunition and Metallurgy Industries Group (AMIG) was listed pursuant to paragraph 12 of resolution 1737 (2006), as read with resolutions 1747, 1803 and 1929, as: an entity involved in nuclear or ballistic missile activities. AMIG controls 7th of Tir, which is designated under resolution 1737 (2006) for its role in Iran’s centrifuge programme. AMIG is in turn owned and controlled by the Defence Industries Organisation (DIO), which is designated under resolution 1737 (2006). The Director Disqualification Sanction was imposed on 09/04/2025.
