- As a former Governor of Ghat (South Libya) and Ambassador to Niger, Al Kuni was associated with the Qadhafi regime. Al Kuni was also involved in activities which threaten the peace, security, stability of Libya or undermines its transition to a democratic, peaceful and independent country, mercenaries to fight for the Qadhafi regime in order to implement the repressive policies of that regime.
