Oversaw the Myanmar Army’s Western Command, which committed atrocities and serious human rights violations, repression of the civilian population, and actions that threaten the peace, stability or security of Myanmar against the Rohingya population in Rakhine state. Senior responsibility for abuses including extra judicial killings, repression of the civilian population, sexual violence and systematic burning of Rohingya houses and buildings.
