Official reasons
- Former Deputy-Commander of the Black Sea Fleet, Rear Admiral. Responsible for commanding Russian forces that have occupied Ukrainian sovereign territory. On 26 September 2017, with a Decree of the President of the Russian Federation, he was dismissed from this post and from military service. He then became a member of the Federation Council of Russian Federation, representing the annexed City of Sevastopol. Since September 2020, he is a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the city of Sevastopol. The trust services sanctions were imposed on 21/03/2023.
