- Kirill DMITRIEV (hereafter DMITRIEV) is the Chief Executive Officer of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), which is Russia's sovereign wealth fund. As Chief Executive Officer of RDIF, DMITRIEV is working as a director or equivalent of a Government of Russia-affiliated entity, and for a person which is carrying on business in a sector of strategic significance to the Government of Russia; and for a person which is carrying on business of economic significance to the Government of Russia, and is therefore obtaining a benefit from or supporting the Government of Russia. The trust services sanctions were imposed on 21/03/2023.
