- Colonel Oleg Anatolyevich EIBATOV is Commander of the Mozyr Border Detachment in Belarus. There are reasonable grounds to suspect that he has engaged in, and provided support for, an action which destabilises Ukraine or undermines or threatens the territorial integrity, sovereignty or independence of Ukraine, namely, facilitating the movement of Russian forces across the Belarus border into Ukraine. The trust services sanctions were imposed on 21/03/2023.
