VOLOSHYN is or has been involved in destabilising Ukraine, or undermining, or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty or independence of Ukraine, namely by using his position of influence to promote, via the spreading of disinformation and pro-Russian narratives which support Russia’s actions in Ukraine. The trust services sanctions were imposed on 21/03/2023.
