- Andrey Grigoryevich ARESHEV (hereafter ARESHEV) is deputy general director of the Strategic Culture Foundation (SCF), an organisation affiliated with the Government of Russia which spreads disinformation. In his role as deputy general director and as a contributor to SCF, ARESHEV has provided support for and promoted actions and policies which destabilise Ukraine or undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty or independence of Ukraine. The trust services sanctions were imposed on 21/03/2023.
