- Sergey Kogogin is the Director General of Kamaz PJSC, which produces heavy vehicles used, inter alia, by the Russian military. Kogogin has therefore been involved in obtaining a benefit from or supporting the Government of Russia by working as a director of a company carrying on business in a sector of strategic significance to the Government of Russia, namely the Russian defence sector.
