- Aleksei Viktotovich PIMANOV is a prominent Russian media personality and businessman. He is the head of the media holding company Kresnaya Zvezda, owned by the Russian Ministry of Defence. PIMANOV also directed the 2017 Russian film ‘Crimea’ which glorified the illegal annexation of Crimea in 2014. As such he is or has been involved in providing support for and/or promoting any policy or action which destabilises Ukraine or undermines or threatens the territorial integrity, sovereignty or independence of Ukraine. The trust services sanctions were imposed on 21/03/2023.
