- Igor Yuryevich KOROTCHENKO (hereafter KOROTCHENKO) is the Editor-in-Chief of Russia’s National Defence magazine and a former officer in Russia’s Air Force. He is also the director of the Centre for the Analysis of the World’s Arms Trade. KOROTCHENKO has given numerous interviews and statements where he has supported or promoted actions and policies which undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty or independence of Ukraine. The trust services sanctions were imposed on 21/03/2023.
