- Maksim ORESHKIN (henceforth ORESHKIN) is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Channel One, a television channel controlled by the Government of Russia, as well as an aide to President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. ORESHKIN has therefore obtained a benefit from or supported the Government of Russia by working as a director or equivalent of a Government of Russia-affiliated entity. The trust services sanctions were imposed on 21/03/2023.
