Through his dissemination of Kremlin propaganda, PODDUBNY has provided support for and promoted Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. PODDUBNY is therefore an involved person who provides support for or promotes policies or actions which destabilise Ukraine or undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty or independence of Ukraine.
