- Commander Nabeul AL-ABDULLAH has been involved in engaging in and providing support for actions that have destabilised Ukraine or undermined or threatened the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, namely, (1) promoting and supporting Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and (2) overseeing the recruitment of Syrian mercenaries to fight alongside Russia in Ukraine.
