- Afshin Khajeh FARD is an involved person under the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 in that he is Head of Iran Aviation Industries Organisation (IAIO), which owns Qods Aviation Industry Company (QAIC), which has provided or made available Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) for use by the Russian military that could contribute to destabilising Ukraine or undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty or independence of Ukraine. The trust services sanctions were imposed on 21/03/2023.
