ZAKHAROVA) is the wife of Alexander Zakharov, who is an involved person within the meaning of the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 in that Alexander Zakharov is the owner of LLC CST and designer of the Lancet drone. S. ZAKHAROVA is therefore an involved person through being an immediate family member of Alexander Zakharov, a person obtaining a benefit from or supporting the Government of Russia by owning or controlling (within the meaning of Regulation 7) a company operating in a sector of strategic significance to the Government of Russia, namely the Russian defence sector.
