- There are reasonable grounds to suspect that Venezuelan Prosecutor Dinorah Yoselin Bustamante Puerta has undermined the rule of law in Venezuela through her involvement as prosecutor in the prosecution of Requesens, Alban, and Marrero, all of whom had parliamentary immunity. The prosecution of Marrero included the planting of evidence in his home.
