Viewing or using the Environment Agency-derived registration fields indicates acceptance of these written conditions. Use is limited to internal or personal purposes and must not continue beyond 25 August 2027 unless a newer licensed extract replaces this one.

- No official status or Environment Agency endorsement is implied.
- The information is supplied as-is, without warranty; verify material facts in the current official register.
- Any further permitted sublicensing must reproduce the applicable Environment Agency Conditional Licence and dataset special conditions and may not extend the permitted period.
03 BritDB safeguards
Reduced public subset
BritDB excludes sole traders, unmatched applicants and every source row without an exact Companies House number. The licensed fields automatically stop being served after the permitted date unless refreshed under a newer licence period.
