Description
The development and delivery of works focused on improving the facilities at Paddington station. To Include: • A comprehensive refurbishment to address significant asset deterioration and operational shortcomings. The works will include the replacement of all existing fridge/freezers with new units and the procurement of additional appliances to meet increased catering demand. • The welfare area will undergo full refurbishment to provide staff with adequate facilities and space, including urgent repairs to water leaks that currently pose safety risks. • A complete ventilation system upgrade is required to resolve dampness and foul odours, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. • Existing Sanyo air conditioning units, which have reached the end of their serviceable life, will be replaced with modern systems throughout the facility. • The current LED lighting installation appears relatively recent, the electrical services generally require a full renewal to ensure reliability and compliance with current standards.
