Description
NHS Thames Valley ICB ("the Lead Commissioner") is commissioning Teledermatology Services for East Berkshire, North East Hampshire and Surrey Heath, and Farnham. NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICB and NHS Surrey and Sussex ICB are Associate Commissioners. Virtual dermatology triage and medical photography clinics for conditions referred for virtual triage.
