Description
The Zero Carbon Accelerator (ZCA) is a revenue programme supporting London-based organisations. It helps them overcome the financial, technical and organisational barriers that prevent decarbonisation at the rate and scale needed to meet the Mayor's 2030 net-zero target. The ZCA is a key tool for 'driving a pipeline of viable and investible decarbonisation projects' in the Mayor's Reducing Non-Residential Emissions (RNRE) programme. It is the GLA's main way of strengthening demand for various green finance and grant opportunities. This Call-Off Contract value for provision of ZCA services to the GLA from the single supplier framework will be £5,000,000 (exclusive of VAT) over two years. This contract has the potential to extend in sector focus and duration, subject to meeting the programme outcomes and further GLA approvals.
